This original hand-made aquatint etching is an invented scene made up from a number of real elements. The transmission station on the cliff edge is based on a real transmitter above my home town of Kendal, and the moon was inspired by a photo taken from Kendal Castle by my friend and astronomer Stuart Atkinson.
The etching is printed on high-quality 300gsm Somerset Satin etching paper using archival Caligo inks and will arrive mounted, backed and wrapped with a personalised thank you card.
