This original hand-made aquatint etching is based on the view down Mitchelgate in Kirkby Lonsdale and out to Ruskin's View and the Yorkshire Dales beyond. The figure of John Ruskin (1819-1900) himself can be seen walking down the hill. This piece was originally developed for the Bumblebee Gallery in Kirkby Lonsdasle who stock a lot of my work.
 
The etching is printed on high-quality 300gsm Somerset Satin etching paper using archival Caligo inks and will arrive mounted, backed and wrapped with a personalised thank you card.
