This original hand-made aquatint etching is a view of Market Place in Kendal which merges old buildings with new. Shops like Birds, Boons and Birketts are no longer there, but I brought them back in this etching. I even put my old Grandad Jim (RIP) in the frame bottom left. This old Market square holds a lot of stories, and I continue evesdrop on more from the window of my studio (2nd building on the left).
 
The etching is printed on high-quality 300gsm Somerset Satin etching paper using archival Caligo inks and will arrive mounted, backed and wrapped with a personalised thank you card.
